The role is deal focused, exciting and will bring you into contact with a wide range of individuals worldwide. It is essential that applicants have a proven track record in consultative selling and can work based from home. In depth research of the client company product/ service is imperative and through our appointment system, you will be required to build relationships with each prospect you make contact with.

DEVELOPMENT
Ongoing professional self-development is essential within this role to ensure consistent growth & skill development. Our consultants participate in CPD course’s such as leadership, emotional intelligence, coaching techniques and business relationship management training etc and we will always support you on related academic pathways.
COVID-19
The world was forced to change and people/ businesses had the opportunity to sit still, reflect and make changes in personal & business lives. Over the course of the pandemic, AGC became more creative in our working method too and found that we gained significantly more international clientele, which has subsequently led to our team expanding. Remote working now forms part of our team structure as we have found that our sales executives are able to work just as effectively within their own space whilst offering the same level of excellence within their role.
